Each Tim Williams Auction Company sale is conducted under the terms announced with that auction. By registering to bid, in person or online, you accept those terms together with the general conditions below.
Bidding
- Lots are sold as is, where is, with no warranties expressed or implied. Inspect before you bid; photographs and descriptions are a guide.
- The auctioneer’s decision on any dispute is final. Buyer’s premium, sales tax, payment and removal terms are stated with each auction.
Payment and pick-up
- Invoices are due on sale day or when the online sale closes. Pick-up times are announced with each auction; loading and hauling are the buyer’s responsibility.
